BreakpointX is an independently developed trading-card technology platform operated by its founder, Sean.

When enabled, the Contact form collects your name, email address, topic, and message. If you email Sean directly, he receives your email address and whatever information you include. The website Contact form does not accept file uploads.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification, or other sensitive information.

Sean uses contact information and messages to respond to inquiries, handle requests and follow-up conversations, and protect the website's contact channels from spam, fraud, and misuse.

Contacting BreakpointX does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Sean does not sell the personal information you send through these contact channels or use your messages to build advertising profiles.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. It processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, and request times, to deliver and protect the website. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Formspree processes Contact form submissions and sends notification emails to Sean. It may also process technical information to operate its service and filter spam or misuse. Read Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Email to Sean@bpxcards.com is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Read Namecheap's Privacy Policy. Choosing a direct email link opens your email application, whose provider handles that message under its own practices. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Information is shared with service providers as needed to deliver the website, process and respond to messages, and protect these services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address fraud, misuse, or legal claims.

The website saves your ICE or BLACK ICE choice in your browser's local storage. This preference remains on your device and is not sent as a contact message. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings. The theme switch still works when storage is unavailable, but your choice may not persist.

At launch, the BreakpointX website does not use optional visitor analytics, advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or behavioral profiling. Essential hosting, delivery, and anti-spam security processing may still occur through the providers described above.

Ordinary contact messages are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Messages may be kept longer for ongoing business correspondence or applicable legal obligations.

Sean reviews contact records quarterly and deletes non-exempt records before they exceed that period. Messages may be deleted sooner when they are no longer needed.

Formspree's current Free plan provides 30 days of submission history, so its dashboard copy may be removed sooner than the mailbox copy. Sean's email correspondence is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Deletion reviews cover relevant mailbox folders, retained exports, and any Formspree copy still available.

Hosting and anti-spam security records and provider backups follow the relevant providers' retention and deletion processes. The 12-month contact-message schedule does not promise immediate removal from every provider security log or backup.

You can ask Sean to review, correct, or delete information you have shared, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

Email Sean@bpxcards.com to ask about information you have submitted, request access to it, correct it, or request deletion. Describe the message or information involved without including unnecessary sensitive details.

Sean may need information sufficient to verify that the request concerns your own records before acting. Available rights, response requirements, and exceptions depend on applicable law. You may contact Sean by email instead of using the website form.

BreakpointX is a general-audience website and is not specifically directed toward children under 13. Sean does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Contact form. If you are under 13, please do not submit personal information through the Contact form or email.

If Sean learns that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted, he will review it and take appropriate steps to remove it in accordance with applicable law. A parent or guardian can contact Sean@bpxcards.com about such information.

This notice may be updated when the website or its contact practices change. The published policy will show its effective date. Future BPX accounts or collection services will require separate privacy information appropriate to those services.
